These Terms & Conditions outline the terms under which you, the patient, agree to use the services of SKINIS Clinic. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Information Collection
To secure an appointment at SKINIS Clinic, all clients are required to provide the following personal details:
Contact details, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
Credit/debit card details to secure your appointment
Medical history – which you will need to complete at your first appointment, as well as declaring any contraindications which may be relevant
This information is required to ensure a thorough consultation and appropriate treatment planning. All personal data is treated as confidential and protected in accordance with applicable Data Protection legislation. SKINIS Clinic will not share your information with any third parties without your written consent. We do not engage in unsolicited communication, and you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Appointments
Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend, you will forfeit your session or one session from your treatment course.
Health and Wellness: Please refrain from attending your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Many treatments are contraindicated for conditions like cold sores or skin infections. If you are unsure whether you should attend, please call and discuss with us.
Right to Refuse Treatment: Our practitioner’s reserve the right to refuse treatment if, at the time, the client is deemed unsuitable or it is not in the client’s best interest to proceed with treatment.
Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via cash, major debit and credit cards. In some cases, a discretionary deposit may be required for certain treatments or circumstances.
Refunds
While we aim to provide excellent service, factual and ethical advice, and safe, expert treatment using the best products, we cannot guarantee specific results. Therefore, refunds will not be issued if the results of treatment do not meet your expectations.

We value and appreciate your feedback, both positive and negative, as it helps us review and improve the quality of our service. You are welcome to provide feedback through various channels, including:

Complaints
If you have any complaints or concerns regarding your experience at SKINIS Clinic, please inform us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appointment for you to address the issue. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available upon request.
General Terms
Medical Consent: By attending your appointment, you confirm that all the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are consenting to the proposed treatments.
Right to Amend: SKINIS Clinic reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to patients accordingly.
Liability: While we undertake to provide safe and effective treatments, Skinis Clinic will not be liable for any adverse reactions or dissatisfaction resulting from treatments provided, provided that the treatments were carried out in accordance with medical standards and after appropriate consultation.
